Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement to create a Cevor account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for activity that takes place under your account.

2. Purpose of the service

Cevor helps you discover carefully selected restaurants and understand each one through its identity, atmosphere, photography and useful information.

3. Search

Cevor lets you search among the restaurants available on the platform to find places that match what you are looking for.

4. Nearby

Nearby shows restaurants around your current location. It requires the location permission described in the Privacy Policy and is optional; you can continue using Cevor without granting it.

5. Restaurant profiles

Each restaurant on Cevor has a profile presenting its identity, atmosphere, photography and useful information to help you decide where to go.

6. Favorites

You can save restaurants as favorites so you can find them again later.

7. Collections

You can organise your favorites into collections.

8. External links

Restaurant profiles may include external links provided by the restaurant, such as reservation links, a website, Instagram or other social channels. Following one of these links takes you to a service operated by a third party, which governs its own service under its own terms and privacy policy. Cevor does not operate these external services and is not responsible for them.

9. User profile

You can manage your account and profile information, including an optional profile photo, within the app.

10. Acceptable use

• Use Cevor lawfully and do not attempt to scrape, overload, disrupt or bypass the security of the service.
• Do not impersonate another person or a restaurant you are not authorized to represent.
• Do not submit unlawful, misleading, harmful or infringing content.

11. Intellectual property

Cevor's brand, software, design and platform belong to Cevor or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.

12. Restaurant and third-party content

Restaurant information, photographs and other content may be provided by restaurants, Cevor, licensors or other sources that Cevor is permitted to use.

13. Accuracy limitations

Cevor makes reasonable efforts to present accurate and useful restaurant information, but does not promise that information such as opening hours or availability is perfectly accurate or reflects real-time conditions. Verify important information directly with the restaurant before relying on it.

14. Service availability

Cevor is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Cevor does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.

15. Suspension and termination

Cevor may suspend or terminate a consumer account in cases of serious or repeated breach of these terms or where necessary to protect the security or integrity of the service. You can request deletion of your account as described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cevor is not liable for restaurant availability, reservation availability, prices, opening hours or inaccuracies in information supplied by restaurants or other third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory consumer protection law.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law, subject to the mandatory protections available to you as a consumer under the law of your place of residence.
