Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 to create an account. You are responsible for accurate details, account security and activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

• Use Cevor lawfully and do not scrape, overload, disrupt or bypass security.
• Do not impersonate another person or a restaurant you are not authorized to represent.
• Do not submit unlawful, misleading, harmful or infringing content.

3. Discovery and saved features

Cevor may provide restaurant profiles, featured dishes, search, favorites, collections and personalized discovery. You grant Cevor only the rights needed to process actions you request and operate those features.

4. Restaurant and third-party information

Restaurant information, images, featured dishes, prices, opening hours and availability may come from restaurants or external sources. Cevor does not guarantee that they are complete, current or error-free; verify important information directly with the restaurant.

5. External reservations

Cevor may redirect you to a restaurant or third-party reservation website. That third party supplies and governs the reservation service under its own terms and privacy policy. Cevor is not the reservation provider merely because it provides the link, and does not guarantee availability.

6. Moderation and intellectual property

Cevor may review, refuse, unpublish or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, unsafe or infringes rights. Cevor's brand, software and design belong to Cevor or its licensors; restaurant content remains with its owner.

7. Availability, suspension and termination

The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis without guaranteed uninterrupted availability. Cevor may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated breaches or security risks. You may request account deletion as explained at /personal-data.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cevor is not responsible for restaurant availability, reservation availability, prices, opening hours, dish availability or inaccuracies supplied by restaurants or third parties. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Law and changes

Belgian law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Competent Brussels courts apply where legally permitted. Material changes are dated and communicated as required.
