Your GDPR Rights

1. Right of access

You may ask Cevor to confirm whether it processes personal data about you, and to receive a copy of that data.

2. Right to rectification

You may ask Cevor to correct inaccurate personal data, or to complete incomplete personal data.

3. Right to erasure

You may ask Cevor to delete your personal data, subject to any legal obligation that requires Cevor to retain certain records for a period.

4. Right to restriction of processing

In certain circumstances, you may ask Cevor to limit how it processes your personal data, for example while a request you have made is being reviewed.

5. Right to object

You may object to certain processing of your personal data carried out on the basis of Cevor's legitimate interests.

6. Right to data portability

Where technically applicable, you may ask to receive certain personal data you have provided to Cevor in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

7. Right to withdraw consent

Where processing relies on your consent, such as the optional device location permission, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

8. How to exercise your rights

To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@cevor.app describing your request. Cevor may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, to make sure personal data is not disclosed to the wrong person.

Cevor will respond within a reasonable time consistent with the timeframes set out in the GDPR.

9. Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe Cevor has not handled your personal data in accordance with the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, or with the supervisory authority in your place of residence, work or the location of the alleged infringement.
