Your GDPR rights

Access, correct, delete, restrict, object and obtain portable data.

These rights apply according to the GDPR and the circumstances of each processing activity.

1. Your rights

  • Access and receive a copy of personal data.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request erasure or restriction where conditions apply.
  • Object to legitimate-interest processing.
  • Receive portable data where processing is automated and based on consent or contract.
  • Withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

2. How to request

Use the public Personal Data page or email the legal contact from the address associated with the account or submission. Identify the request and relevant product. No login to the legal page is required.

3. Identity verification

Cevor may request proportionate verification before disclosure or deletion. Never send a password or full payment-card data.

4. Timing and exceptions

Cevor responds within one month after a verifiable request, with a lawful extension of up to two further months for complex or numerous requests. Rights may be limited by legal duties, others’ rights, security or legal claims; reasons are explained.

5. Complaint

You may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, or another competent supervisory authority.
