Cevor Business Terms
The contract for managing a restaurant presence on Cevor.
Last updated · 9 September 2026 · Version 3.0
These terms apply when a restaurant or its authorized representative accepts a Cevor Business offer. Consumer use remains governed by the consumer Terms.
1. Authority and account
The contracting person confirms authority to act for the restaurant. A personal Cevor account does not itself establish that authority; Cevor separately reviews and assigns restaurant access. Each team member must use an individual account.
2. Service scope
Cevor Business supports a restaurant presence in discovery: identity, description, logo, cover, gallery, featured dishes, useful links, team access and aggregate analytics where available. Specific features depend on the accepted plan and product stage.
3. Content and publication
The restaurant remains responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights in submitted content. It grants Cevor a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, format, display and technically process that content to provide and promote the Cevor service. Cevor may moderate or remove unlawful, misleading, unsafe or infringing content.
4. Assisted tools
Menu scanning, extraction, translation or drafting may be available as secondary assisted tools. They are not guaranteed as core functionality and output must be reviewed. Cevor does not certify allergens, prices or legal compliance through AI.
5. Analytics
Authorized restaurants may receive aggregate discovery, profile, external-link and engagement signals. They may not re-identify users, combine reports into individual profiles or use analytics unlawfully.
6. Plans and payment
The accepted offer controls price, tax, included features, term and renewal. Public plan framework: Free, Founder €49/month and Pro €79/month. A lead or demo form is not a paid order. Billing follows the Business Billing document.
7. Availability and changes
Cevor provides the service with reasonable care but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, traffic, rankings, reservations or commercial results. Material changes affecting the contract are communicated as required.
8. Suspension and termination
Cevor may proportionately suspend access, publication or paid features for security, authority, content, payment or serious breach issues. Termination, unpublication, individual-access removal and restaurant deletion are separate actions.
9. Liability
Each party remains liable for obligations that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Cevor excludes indirect losses and its aggregate contractual liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the preceding 12 months.
10. Law
Belgian law applies. Brussels courts have jurisdiction where legally permitted, without overriding mandatory protections.
