Cevor Business Terms

1. Authorized relationship

Cevor Business is available to persons authorized to represent a restaurant. Holding a Cevor account does not by itself grant access to a restaurant presence; Cevor reviews and grants that authorization separately, and may ask for reasonable confirmation of authority before granting or maintaining access.

2. Ownership, management and team access

A restaurant presence may be managed by an owner, manager or other authorized representative. Additional team members may be given access under the primary account holder's responsibility. Each authorized person should use their own individual account, and access can be reviewed, adjusted or removed at any time.

3. Restaurant identity and information

Cevor Business allows authorized users to manage a restaurant's identity and information on Cevor, such as name, description, contact and location details, and other information Cevor makes available for editing. This information must be accurate, lawful and kept up to date.

4. Photography and media

Authorized users may upload photographs and other media, including cover images, logos and gallery content, to represent the restaurant. Rights and responsibilities for this content are set out in the Content Rights document and the Business Photos & Media Guidelines.

5. External links and actions

A restaurant presence may include external links or actions, such as links to a website, reservation service or other third-party destination. Cevor is not responsible for the content or availability of external destinations.

6. Accuracy obligations

The restaurant is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information and content it submits or authorizes, and for updating it when circumstances change. Cevor may rely on submitted information without independently verifying it in all cases.

7. Rights to submitted content

Content submitted through Cevor Business is subject to the licence and ownership terms in the Content Rights document, which forms part of this contract.

8. Aggregate analytics

Where available, Cevor Business may provide authorized restaurants with aggregate discovery and engagement analytics about their own presence. These analytics do not identify individual consumers and must not be used to attempt to do so.

9. Plans and subscriptions

Cevor Business features may be offered under different plans. Founder and Pro are the plans currently offered to new restaurant customers, while legacy plans may continue for existing accounts under their prior terms. The features included in a given plan are described at the point of subscription and may evolve over time.

10. Payment and billing

Where a paid plan is offered, payments are processed through Stripe, and invoicing or accounting records may be issued through Billit. The checkout screen and the commercial offer accepted at that time govern the applicable price, billing period, tax treatment and renewal terms for that subscription.

11. Moderation

Cevor may review, moderate, edit for formatting or technical reasons, or remove restaurant information or content that appears inaccurate, unlawful, misleading or otherwise inconsistent with these terms.

12. Suspension

Cevor may suspend access to a restaurant presence or specific features, proportionately to the issue, where there are concerns about authorization, accuracy, content, payment, or a breach of these terms.

13. Termination

Either party may end the Cevor Business relationship for a restaurant. Cevor may also end or restrict access where authorization can no longer be confirmed, where required by law, or in case of serious or repeated breach.

14. Service availability

Cevor provides Cevor Business with reasonable care but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and does not offer a service level agreement. Cevor does not guarantee any particular level of visibility, traffic or commercial outcome.

15. Third-party providers

Cevor Business relies on third-party providers, including Stripe for payments and Billit for invoicing, where those services are active. Use of these providers may be subject to their own terms.

16. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cevor's liability under these terms is limited to direct losses arising from its own breach, and Cevor excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Belgian law.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Belgian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory protections available to the restaurant.
