Business billing

1. Plans and price

The current public plan structure is Free, Founder at €49 per month, and Pro at €79 per month. Taxes may apply. Founder is a limited cohort offer intended to retain its €49 monthly price while the eligible subscription remains active under the agreed conditions.

2. Payment provider

When online card billing is activated, Stripe may process payment details as an independent provider under its own terms. Cevor does not receive full card credentials. Until a checkout or written order is accepted, no charge is due merely because a person requested information.

3. Invoices

Billit may be used for invoice generation or accounting workflow when that integration is active. The invoice identifies the supplier, customer, plan, period, tax treatment and amount due. Cevor does not currently describe Odoo as an active billing provider.

4. Billing cycle and renewal

The accepted checkout or order states the billing interval, start date and renewal conditions. Cevor does not impose SEPA, bank-transfer availability, a grace period, refund window or automatic renewal rule through this page unless it appears in that accepted order.

5. Changes and cancellation

Price or plan changes are communicated before they apply as required by contract and law. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the accepted order; access and data handling follow the Business Terms and Venue deletion pages.

6. Disputes and failed payments

Contact Cevor promptly with the invoice and disputed item. Failed payments may lead to proportionate reminders or suspension after notice, but do not authorize deletion of restaurant content without the separate deletion process.
