Restaurant responsibilities

Keep the restaurant presence accurate, authorized and useful.

Last updated · 9 September 2026 · Version 3.0

Restaurants control the information they provide and remain responsible for its legality and accuracy.

1. Authority and team

Provide truthful authority information, use individual accounts, assign appropriate roles and remove access promptly when someone leaves.

2. Identity and content

Keep the restaurant name, descriptions, logo, cover, gallery, featured dishes, links and other supplied information accurate and current. Only upload content you own or are allowed to use.

3. Material information

Do not use Cevor as the sole source for urgent allergen, medical or safety information. Keep prices, hours, dish availability and reservation links current where displayed, and direct users to the restaurant for confirmation.

4. Featured dishes and photos

Featured dishes and images must genuinely relate to the restaurant and must not mislead users about what is served or available. Obtain consent from identifiable people appearing in media where required.

5. Assisted content

Review any AI-assisted scan, translation or draft before approval when those tools are available. The restaurant remains responsible for published content.

6. Analytics and law

Use Business analytics only for legitimate restaurant improvement, never to re-identify users or discriminate. Comply with applicable consumer, advertising, intellectual-property and data-protection law.
