Restaurant deletion
Leaving Cevor involves separate decisions about a person, a restaurant and a subscription.
Last updated · 9 September 2026 · Version 3.0
An authorized representative may request unpublication or closure through the legal contact. Cevor verifies authority before acting.
1. Individual access
Removing a team member ends that person's Business access but does not delete the restaurant, its content or another member's account.
2. Unpublishing
A restaurant can ask to stop public display while preserving records needed to resolve the request or maintain the Business relationship.
3. Subscription
Cancellation prevents future renewal under the accepted order. It is not automatically the same as deleting all restaurant data.
4. Restaurant closure
After authority is verified, Cevor removes or anonymises restaurant-account data no longer needed, while preserving records required for billing, security, disputes, rights or law. Public content is removed within a reasonable operational period.
5. Export and backups
A reasonable export can be requested before closure. Restricted residual copies may remain until normal backup rotation completes; Cevor does not promise immediate deletion from every backup.
