Unpublishing, access closure and deletion

1. Unpublishing a restaurant presence

Unpublishing removes a restaurant from public discovery in the Cevor app. Underlying account data, content and settings are retained so the presence can be republished or managed later by an authorized representative.

2. Closing Business access for a person

Removing a person's Business access ends their ability to manage the restaurant's presence. It does not unpublish the restaurant or delete any data, and other authorized team members retain their own access.

3. Deleting business account data

A restaurant may request deletion of its business account. Cevor deletes or anonymizes content, media and analytics associated with the account, except where retention is legally required.

Legally required records, such as invoices and billing documents, are retained for as long as required by applicable law, including Belgian accounting and tax rules.

4. Effect on consumer-facing features

If a consumer had saved the restaurant as a favorite or referenced it elsewhere in the app, that reference may simply stop resolving to any content once the presence is unpublished or the account is deleted. Cevor does not maintain a placeholder or notify individual consumers of the removal.

5. How to request deletion

An authorized representative can request unpublishing, access removal or account deletion by writing to the contact below. Cevor may ask for information to confirm the request comes from someone authorized to act for the restaurant.
