Business suspension
Proportionate steps for security, authority, payment or content issues.
Last updated · 9 September 2026 · Version 3.0
Cevor may temporarily pause a person’s access, public content or paid features when reasonably necessary. These are separate actions and Cevor uses the least disruptive appropriate measure.
1. Reasons
- Credible security risk or unauthorized access.
- Disputed authority to represent the restaurant.
- Illegal, infringing, deceptive or unsafe content.
- Serious or repeated Terms violations.
- Payment failure under an accepted paid order, after appropriate notice.
2. Notice and visibility
Where feasible and lawful, Cevor explains the reason, scope and steps to resolve it. Public content may be hidden while authorized team members retain limited access, depending on the risk.
3. Review and restoration
An authorized representative can respond with evidence or corrective action. Cevor reviews it within a reasonable period and restores access or publication when the issue is resolved.
4. Urgent cases
Cevor may act without advance notice where needed to protect users, rights, security or comply with law, then provide information when permitted.
5. Termination
Persistent or severe issues may lead to termination under the Business Terms. Suspension does not by itself erase data or transfer restaurant ownership.
