AI Transparency
Ranking is not the same as generative AI. This page explains both.

Cevor may use ordinary algorithmic signals to order restaurant discovery. Separately, Cevor Business may offer assisted content workflows when activated. Neither is used to make legal or similarly significant decisions about users.
1. Discovery ranking
Restaurant ordering may use location relevance, stated preferences, search context and aggregate engagement. This is algorithmic ranking, not necessarily generative AI. Paid influence is not presented as organic relevance.
2. Generative assistance when active
- Drafting or translating restaurant-supplied descriptions.
- Extracting structured text from restaurant documents or images.
- Content consistency or moderation assistance.
3. Human control
Assisted output can be incomplete or wrong. It remains a draft for an authorized restaurant representative or Cevor team member to review, edit, reject or approve before publication where the workflow is available.
4. Limits
AI does not certify allergens, health, nutrition, prices, opening hours, availability or ownership rights. Users should verify material information directly with the restaurant.
5. Personal data
Discovery signals are not sent to a generative model merely because they affect ranking. Where a generative workflow is used, Cevor limits input to the content needed for the task and applies the Privacy Policy and provider safeguards.
6. No significant automated decisions
Cevor does not use these systems to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about users. Reports of errors can be sent to the legal contact.
